A block of rooms at a negotiated rate at MERIDIEN ETOILE HOTEL where the Congress is taking place. Reservation will be made on a 1^st come 1^st serve basis using the hotel reservation website connected to ECAS website (see instructions). We kindly advise our participants to make reservation as soon as possible as Paris is a busy and highly appreciated destination in springtime. If needed, the secretariat of the congress will provide you with more information and help.

Reservation and conditions: Hotel reservation ahead of time is advised. The contingent of rooms will be released approximately 4 to 8 weeks prior to the congress date. The participants are kindly advised to make their own hotel reservation directly with the hotels which information is provided below.

At the time of the hotel booking do not forget to indicate that you are attending the ECAS 2013 congress in Paris. The negotiated special rate is 209 euro for single use and 229 euro for double occupancy per day including a buffet breakfast.
Reservations will only be guaranteed by providing a valid credit card with your hotel booking.

How can I book my room and should I pay in advance?

A deposit payment of 1 night is requested in order to confirm the booking.

Will I receive a hotel confirmation?

Yes. A confirmation will be sent to you by email as soon as the booking is confirmed and the requested deposit received.

Cancellation Policy for hotel reservations: All arrangements have to be made directly with the hotel. The Congress Secretariat and Organization cannot be held responsible nor provide any refund for reservations. Please inform the hotel Meridien Etoile concerning arrivals before 3:00 pm and the late arrivals.
